Quarr Abbey is a speculator Abbey located just outside Ryde, The Abbey is home to a group of Benedictine Monks who still live and work onsite.
You can view their garden, pigsty and chapel. There is a on-site shop and museum showing the history of the abbey.
If you walk just outside the grounds, you can view the remains of the original medieval abbey
